Leadership and Communications Tutor - Olivia Black
Olivia Black is a freelance consultant specialising in change and human resources.
She has worked for a number of global businesses including JP Morgan, KPMG Consulting, Prudential and GlaxoSmithKline. Her various roles have included managing the "people" aspect of large business transformation and change projects and setting up best-practice human resources/people development strategies and frameworks for her clients.
Olivia has run many development workshops and training sessions with her clients to help them understand and learn how to manage their working relationships more effectively and how to have a more positive impact on their working environment. Her particular interest is in human dynamics in the workplace and the role an individual plays in creating those dynamics. She coaches and teaches her clients development skills and strategies that can help them maximise the chances of successful delivery of their projects.
Olivia is currently writing several screenplays.
