Go to the same window and this time select "Cycle through all these styles". Now all you have to do is choose the order you want them to cycle, clicking the triangle on the right of each narrow window on the right and selecting the paragraph styles. The order that works best for me is "Default Text", @ @ @ "Ident",7 "Dialogue", "Slug Line", "Body Single", "Description".SSEnd AHAaNFRR Ab@ASSEndAHBPANFR(&Ab@B}"OK" this, and now when you press the f2 key it will cycle through only those selected styles in the order you've specified. SSEnd AHCaNFRR Ab@ASSEndxAHDPANFRQLAb@B5NOTE: one of the few flaws in Word Pro, in my opinion, is that the cycle key @ @ @ Gsetup applies the same settings to all documents. So if you've chosen only selected styles, it will look for styles of the same name - even in documents based on other @ @ @ Smartmasters% - and this can confuse the settings.SSEnd AHEaNFRR Ab@ASSEnd{AHFPANFR43Ab@BOne answer is to select "Cycle through all these styles" again, but that can be heavy going with a large number of styles. The way round it is to rename the styles in other @ @ @ Smartmasters,< so that they fit the names of the styles in your cycle key @ @ @ setup. For example, if you have a @ @ @ Smartmaster for business letters, which includes numbering, indented text, quotations, etc, you could rename them "slug line", "body single", "dialogue" etc, as you feel appropriate, and the f2 cycle key will happily work with them under their new names.SSEnd AHGaNFRR Ab@ASSEndmAHHaNFRp Ab@D@ \@ HG4.2@ \@ H!Assigning Styles to Function Keys@ cSEnd%AHIaNFRp Ab@D@ cSEndAHJaNFRH2Ab@BֿIf all this is too complicated for you, Ashley Bass has written an automated script which allows Word Pro to assign the styles you select to a specific function key.
