A family-run home, this comfortable and well-appointed building was converted fifteen years ago by owner-manager, Dee Perry, B.Pharm (Loughborough), who calls it "our little
piece of Paradise in North London". Each room is fully equipped
with bathroom, radio and commode. Fees are inclusive of all meals, prepared by our unforgettable chef and 24 hour care is provided by our warm-hearted and cosmopolitan staff of highly qualified care assistants (many with NVQ) who are always ready the lighten the day with a quip and a merry laugh. They will listen to special requests, run daily activities - including chairobics, Bingo, Bridge and Kalooki - and organise outings for our guests - to the neaby Spring Road Shopping Centre, or even further afield to cultural events at the Morrie Shipman Memorial Hall.
A doctor (a close friend of the proprietress) is on call day and night, to deal with those little passing ailments. Religious services and religious education on the premises, twice a week, except Shabbas and High Holidays.
The only extras are personal laundry, newspapers, hairdressing, manicure, chiropody, chiropractic, osteopathy, medicines, colour television, mobile library service, special diets, video rental, transport, entertainments surcharge and liaison with the Jewish Burial Society.
Vacancies frequently occur.
